Atira is a talented and natural public speaker and enjoys the opportunity to speak of her passions and work in the world to a variety of audiences, inspiring them to lead with heart-centered and innovation in the arena of social change and justice.
She presented her inspiring journey as Founder and Executive Director with Art to Healing at the 2013 TED X Byron Bay Conference: Agents of Change.
Atira has also presented at numerous festivals and conferences internationally, such as Byron Spirit, Uplift & Off the Mat Into the World, as well as speaking in the corporate sector such as for NAB Australia. She has also spoken in many academic conferences, including the Asian Art Therapy conference (Hong Kong), the ANZATA conference (Singapore), the GAATW conference (Nepal) the Healing Ways Conference at the Dax Centre (Melbourne), Arts and Health Conference (Melbourne & Sydney), as well as numerous schools as an advocate for trafficking in Asia.
She has also presented her work in sexual abuse recovery in numerous trauma conferences, speaking alongside Dr. Peter Levine, Dr. Stephen Porges, Dr. Pat Ogden, and other leading trauma leaders in the world today.
