Welcome to Day 10!

We have now arrived at the end of our online Trauma-Informed Yoga teacher training, and as a door closes, another one begins.

Here, we would like to share a blessing for your path and journey forward from this experience:

“May you have kindness in your gaze as you look within.

May you never place walls between the light and yourself.

May your angels free you from the prisons of guilt, fear, disappointment and despair.

May you allow the wild beauty of the invisible world to gather you, mind you, and embrace you in Belonging.”

In addition, you are invited to meditate and reflect on the following questions:

What are three important things which I have learned in my own personal process of healing?
What are three important things which I have learnt for my professional development?
Are there three things which I’m grateful for about the course? If so, what are they?
How will you start applying the principles of Trauma-Informed Yoga with your community?
