Aloha Beautiful Woman!

Welcome to the third video of our Sacred Feminine Yoga Series: Igniting the Heart.

The feminine heart is one of the main energy centres of a woman’s body, life and spirit. It is the temple of love, compassion, acceptance, understanding, kindness, courage and joy. As we learn how to cultivate these qualities, especially for ourselves, we extend the same quality of wholeheartedness and living to others.

However, mainstream culture will have us ‘soldier on’ and ignore our feelings. We have been conditioned to judge ourselves and others harshly, and to see what we don’t have, and what we’re not good enough for, instead of celebrating the amazing, talented, unique woman that you are! This doesn’t work. Life is creative and when we do what we love, and align our lives with our feminine heart vision, and when we can cultivate more self-love and compassion, we have enormous energy and power.

When we align ourselves with our feminine hearts, a river of creativity and feminine essence leads to creating and living a passionate life.

This Sacred Feminine Yoga sequence will help us to tap into a deeper knowing and listening to our heart, unblocking stagnant energy and emotions, as well as cultivating more self-love and compassion for healing and deep unconditional acceptance.

So roll your mat out, find your seat…and enjoy!

Journal Questions

If you’re wanting to deepen your connection to your feminine heart, journal the following questions after your practice:

1. What arose for me as I felt into my heart? What feelings/ sensations, memories did you notice?
2. What is my relationship to my self-love, self-care and worthiness? Do I spend time being kind and taking care of my needs and desires?
3. If your heart could give you a message, what would She say?
4. What action do you need to take to nourish yourself and to align yourself more with your heart’s path at present?

Thank you beautiful one!

This path of healing the feminine in ourselves and in the world is a courageous path. I am so grateful that I am on the path with so many other like-minded women, such as yourselves!
May you have a blessed day!
