These Terms and Conditions govern all scholarship programs administered by Creative Somatics Pty Ltd and Atira Tan (“Creative Somatics”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By submitting an application for a scholarship, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Applicants are required to read these Terms and Conditions in full prior to accepting any scholarship offer. Acceptance of a scholarship constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any additional requirements applicable to the scholarship.

Where applicable, scholarship recipients may also be required to enter into a separate Scholarship Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency, the terms of the Scholarship Agreement shall prevail.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Scholarships are awarded at the sole discretion of Creative Somatics based on the eligibility criteria published for the relevant scholarship program. Submission of an application does not guarantee the award of a scholarship.

Applicants must satisfy all eligibility requirements and provide complete and accurate information throughout the application process.

3. COMMUNICATION

All correspondence relating to scholarship applications will be conducted primarily via email.

Applicants are responsible for providing and maintaining a valid and active email address throughout the application process. Failure to maintain an active email address or notify Creative Somatics of any changes may result in delays, forfeiture, or cancellation of the application or scholarship offer.

4. SCHOLARSHIP OFFERS

Successful applicants will receive a formal scholarship offer via email.

Recipients must accept or decline the scholarship offer in writing within the timeframe specified in the offer email. Unless otherwise stated, failure to respond within 14 calendar days may result in the scholarship offer being withdrawn and offered to another applicant.

Scholarship recipients are expected to actively participate in the program and are strongly encouraged to attend all live sessions wherever reasonably possible.

5. SCHOLARSHIP VALUE & PAYMENT

The scholarship value, any applicable tuition discount, and any remaining tuition payable will be specified in the official scholarship offer.

Where tuition remains payable, recipients may pay the balance in full or via an approved payment plan, as outlined in the scholarship offer.

All tuition fees and payment obligations remain subject to the payment schedule specified in the offer. Failure to comply with the agreed payment terms may result in withdrawal of the scholarship and/or termination of enrolment.

6. SCHOLARSHIP CONDITIONS:

Scholarships:

• are non-transferable;
• are not redeemable for cash;
• may not be deferred unless expressly approved in writing by Creative Somatics; and
• apply only to the specific program and intake identified in the scholarship offer.

7. FALSE OR MISLEADING INFORMATION

Applicants warrant that all information provided in connection with their application is true, accurate, and complete.

Where Creative Somatics determines, acting reasonably, that an applicant has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information, Creative Somatics reserves the right to:

• reject or cancel the application;
• withdraw any scholarship offer;
• terminate the scholarship; and/or
• require repayment of the full scholarship value and any associated benefits already received.

8. RIGHT TO AMEND OR WITHDRAW

Creative Somatics reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• amend these Terms and Conditions;
• modify or discontinue any scholarship program;
• alter scholarship availability or eligibility requirements;
• withdraw any scholarship offer prior to enrolment; or
• decline any application where it considers it appropriate to do so.

Such decisions shall be final and binding.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Creative Somatics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising out of or in connection with any scholarship application, scholarship award, withdrawal, cancellation, or participation in a scholarship program.
